Our Packaging 

There are several facets to our business that truly set us apart. One of these is the way we package your shrimp shipment. It is our top priority for our customers to be satisfied with their orders, which means perishable items must arrive fresh. After much research and testing, we have chosen to utilize green cell foam containers. All throughout transit, your shrimp remains fresh chilled and at optimal temperature with a combination of gel packs and dry ice.

Delivery Expenses 

We worked tirelessly to able to offer exclusive, premium 1-3 day ground shipping through our partnership with FedEx. If your order does not qualify for free shipping, those shipping costs are set to a 2-Day Air Flat Rate, which saves you both time and money.

Information About Your Delivery 

Based on what our customers have experienced, most packages have arrived before noon. However, FedEx delivers as late as 8:00 p.m. In your confirmation email, you will receive tracking information for delivery details. Fortunately, seafood deliveries do not require a signature, so you do not have to be at home to receive your package. If you cannot be home to refrigerate or freeze your shrimp, it is not a problem. The careful consideration we put into our packaging guarantees the contents will stay fresh for up to six hours following delivery. We understand that you may be ordering for holidays or other special occasions, so we recommend you allow for extra time for transit in case of inclement weather or other possible shipping delays – all of which are out of our control.
